These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reda OS, operated by Whitney Menarcheck ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

Reda OS is a personal household management application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial household management purposes.

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Use the service to store or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Your data

You own the data you store in Reda OS. We do not claim any ownership over your content. By using the service, you grant us the right to store and process your data to provide the service.

Connected accounts

If you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, you authorize us to access and modify your calendar data on your behalf in accordance with the permissions you grant. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings.

Service availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reda OS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
